You will back up general or operational management (Marketing, Production, Finance, HR) in the setting up of customer-specific business applications. You will be the real interface between the business and development teams, and develop solutions that work well for both of them. After having reviewed company requirements, you will draw up the operational specifications and validate them with both the company and the development team. You will conduct meetings and draft reports. You also will play a major role in the deployment of the solution.

You have background in higher education – engineering school, university (Master’s Degree or plus) and 4 to 5 years of significant experience in managing large-scale projects, in particular in association with Finance, Marketing or HR departments. This rich and varied experience has provided you with an excellent working knowledge of different business processes, and a high level of expertise in new and evolving technologies (ERP, CRM, CMS, Web). You also know how to listen and understand other people’s needs.

Banking/Finance

You have significant expertise in the banking and finance sectors, including the integration of banking systems and solutions (Private & Retail Banking, Finance), technical and operational consulting (Back/Front Office), and the integration of e-Banking & Broking solutions.

Pharmaceutics

You have an in-depth knowledge of business issues in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in working with operational management teams (Scientific and Medical IT, Clinical Research, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance and HR).
