Developing skills through training
Aixial has put into action a dynamic training policy for its teams so that it can offer customers the highly-targeted and advanced skills they need for their business. On average, each team member is offered more than four to five training programs per year. The training budget (lien vers chiffres clés) increased by over three-fold between 2007 and 2008.

The fact that Axial team members are highly experienced in their specific business makes it easier for us to understand the needs of each of our customers.
